Bondi Beach House


BOOKING POLICY
We accept full payment up-front for all bookings, but please refer to our cancellation policy for information about refunds.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations notified more than 14 days prior to arrival day will be entitled to a full refund minus a $60 administration fee. Cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival day will forfeit all monies paid, however if we are able to re-book your stay to another group at full tariff, we will refund your payment less the administration fee. Cancellations/changes must be made and confirmed by email and then be confirmed by the Bondi Beach House.

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Check in is from 2pm and Check out by 10am. We are able to offer earlier check in times if the room is vacant the previous night. We are able to offer late check out times if the room is vacant on the day of your departure.

LINEN AND TOWELS
All rooms are supplied with fresh linen and towels. Bookings for extended periods will have their linen and towels refreshed on a weekly basis. If you would like linen and towel changes when staying for less than a week just let us know. The cost is $2 per towel and $25 for a complete bed linen change.. Beach Towels are available on request during your stay.

SMOKING
We are a non-smoking house but occasional smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas.

PARKING
There is only street parking currently available at The Beach House. There are paid parking meters at the front of the house, and free parking in the next street for 2 hours or overnight. We recommend you visit Bondi by public transport, or bring the car if you are out-and-about during the day.
